JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating creative marketing programs that will bring significant value to the company's key brands in partnership with the head offices of manufacturers, vape shops and convenience stores.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work collaboratively with the entire sales and marketing team to ensure a clear understanding of strategies, priorities and market, including the objectives and needs of the business.
  • Support the creation of marketing programs that will support the company's key brands.
  • With the support of the creative team, create a menu of value-added marketing programs that will support the company's vision and meet the needs of customers.
  • Develop various marketing content and materials to support program delivery.
  • Evaluate each quarter, the operationalization and execution of marketing programs.
  • In collaboration with the marketing leadership, ensure that all marketing programs adhere to the company's principles and guidelines.
  • Support the analysis and evaluation of fair market value so that the value of programs is aligned with fair market value.
  • Obtain all necessary documents for internal approvals.
  • Support of the Marketing Manager in monitoring the execution of each marketing program to meet schedules, budgets and expectations, in accordance with all applicable values and behaviors, compliance rules, procedures and policies of the organization, business and any other regulatory requirements related to the e-cigarettes industry.
  • Other work assigned by manager.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Bachelor of Science, Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business relations - CPG industry is an asset.
  • Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment with many competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accountability in analytical assessments, but with the aptitude to maintain a big picture perspective.
  • Hard-working and committed to producing great end results.
